Data protection

Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. Data and purposes

The form processes your name, phone number, area, property details, preferred timing, generated estimate and any information you provide. Information voluntarily sent by email or WhatsApp may also be processed, together with basic technical data such as an IP address contained in hosting security logs.

The data is used to answer enquiries, review estimates, prepare and follow up quotations, manage a service when hired and protect the website against abuse. No profiling or automated decisions with legal effects are carried out.

3. Legal basis

To respond to an enquiry and prepare a quotation, the legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at the visitor's request. If the work is hired, the necessary processing is based on performance of the contract and compliance with applicable legal obligations. Optional information is processed on the basis of consent, which may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier processing. Technical security logs are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in protecting the website and preventing abuse.

4. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for no longer than 12 months after the last contact unless deletion is requested earlier. Where a service is hired, the necessary information and documents are retained for the relationship and the tax, accounting and liability periods required by law. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for website security.

5. Recipients and external services

Personal data is neither sold nor shared for advertising. It may be accessed by hosting and email providers supplying technical services, professional advisers where necessary, and public authorities when required by law.

If you choose to contact the owner through WhatsApp, your communication will also be processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own terms and privacy policy, which may involve international data transfers. WhatsApp is optional; you may always use the form, telephone or email.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, or withdraw consent, by writing to hola@pintorpalma.com and clearly identifying the request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

7. Security and cookies

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information. The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Further information is available in the cookie policy.
